SILVANUS, the Cabinet of Nature Club, HKUSTSU, Session 2016-2017 SILVANUS is the God of the nature, with the hindquarters and horns of a goat.
He is an unusual God with little followers. Using SILVANUS as the name of our cabinet, we are symbolizing the present condition of the natural environment in Hong Kong. In the following year, we hope to raise the concern and awareness of people towards the nature, through providing a channel for participants to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding natural environment, which they may not realize.
