The Sketch: from general down to detailed embroidery and fur type

The Engineering: Asking the tough questions—Is it wearable? How will it move?—to translate 2D lines into a functional physical sample, and fitting correctly.

The prototype: Seeing the model bring the exact energy, attitude, and structural precision of the original design to life.

一張好看的草圖只是第一步。服裝設計絕不只是畫出漂亮的圖畫，而是一場將抽象概念轉化為具體、可穿著之藝術品的完整旅程。

這款刺繡灰褐色麂皮大衣從一個概念到模特展示的過程如下：

概念構思： 定義輪廓、色系，面料，並深入了解我們的受眾。

草圖繪製： 大如剪裁線條，細如刺繡細節，全部都要呈現。

工藝與工程： 提出核心的疑問——衣服的可穿性？走動時的擺動效果？——將 2D 線條轉化為具備機能性的實體樣衣，及上身舒適度。

完美呈現： 透過模特兒在伸展台上，將原創設計的能量、氣度，完美注入靈魂，活現地演繹出來。

時裝，是藝術與結構工程的結合。當執行力與構想完美契合時，就能創造奇蹟。

When the pencil and brushes are in action, the final image is already in the mind. Takes a lot of time and effort to bring out the actual final look. Looks too easy on the screen!

🌹The Rose Suit. Vintage inspired.

I have a thing for vintage fashion, whether western or Chinese. The era of 50s to 70s exhibits the most dramatic style transformation which follows the liberation of women from the household to workforce. Form Dior's skirt suit, Chanel's minimal clean suits, Twiggy's mini dress, Pierre Cardin's A line dress, to the Boho seventies.... The next 50 years is basically a repetition of the same cycle of styles. Getting back to the nipped waist volumous skirt suit, it exudes both feminity and ease of movement, polished yet practical. Then, when I saw this hundstooth woolen fabric, it just falls right into the frame of a skirt suit. Without the red roses, it will be too dull. It gives a punch of color to rigidity and structure, just as how life should be.

🌹玫瑰套裝。復古靈感。

我一直對復古時尚情有獨鍾，無論是西方還是中式風格。1950 到 70 年代，是女性時裝演變的最快速時期——正是女性從家庭走向職場、逐步解放的年代。從 Dior 的蓬裙套裝、Chanel 極簡俐落套裝、Twiggy 的迷你裙、Pierre Cardin 的 A 字線條，再到七〇年代的波西米亞風……接下來的五十年，基本上都在這些風格之間循環往復。

回到收腰、澎裙的套裝設計，它既展現女性柔美，也保有行動的自由，精緻俐落而方便行動。當我看到這塊人字紋羊毛布料時，腦海裡立刻浮現出套裝的輪廓。若少了紅玫瑰點綴，就過於沉悶了；那一抹紅，為理性平實的結構注入色彩與活力——正如生命本該如此。
