賽馬會藥健同心藥物支援網絡早前於於竹園區神召會慈鳳長者鄰舍中心舉辦了社區健康教育講座。是次講座特別針對長者最關注的「兩高」問題 — 高血壓及糖尿病，由香港大學藥理及藥劑學系李家豪註冊藥劑師深入淺出講解慢病管理的秘訣。💡

我們亦向街坊介紹了社區藥房的概念。藥劑師不單止是配藥，更是大家身邊的健康好幫手，能為慢性病患者提供專業的藥物諮詢與支援！當日街坊們積極參與，紛紛就日常用藥細節發問🤝

🐉 Happy Dragon Boat Festival from the Department of Pharmacology & Pharmacy! 🛶✨

Did you know that the Dragon Boat Festival has deep historical roots in early medicine and public health? 🌿🔬

Traditionally, the fifth lunar month was considered a time when summer heat brought about pests and illnesses. To ward off diseases, people hung Mugwort (Artemisia argyi) and Calamus by their doors, and wore fragrant herbal sachets.

From a pharmacological perspective, it makes perfect sense! Many of these traditional aromatic plants contain volatile essential oils (like cineole and camphor) that possess natural antimicrobial and insect-repellent properties. Nature’s early pharmacy at work! 🍃💊

As you celebrate today, here are two quick health tips from us:
🥟 Mind your digestion: Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) are delicious but can be hard to digest. Enjoy them in moderation!
💧 Stay hydrated: If you’re out cheering on the dragon boats in the summer heat, remember to drink plenty of water.

早前，賽馬會藥健同心藥物支援網絡於基督教家庭服務中心總部大樓舉辦「認識藥物管理及社區藥房服務工作坊」，並以實體及網上混合模式進行。是次培訓吸引近40位來自該機構不同服務團隊的同工參與，一同了解社區藥房在基層醫療及社區支援中的角色與服務。
是次工作坊由香港大學藥理及藥劑學系註冊藥劑師羅潔琦主講，內容圍繞前線服務工作中常見而實用的藥物管理知識，包括 💊 藥物的正確儲存與處理; ⚠️ 安全用藥的重要原則與注意事項; 🔄 常見藥物相互作用及相關風險; 🏥社區藥房提供的服務及支援
參加者問答環節中積極就日常服務中遇到的實際情況提問和交流，突顯他們對藥物安全及跨專業協作的高度重視。🙌
我們期望透過是次培訓，讓社區服務團隊更了解藥物管理及社區藥房服務，進一步加強不同專業之間的協作，為服務使用者提供更適切的社區支援。✨

賽馬會藥健同心藥物支援網絡早前於南區地區康健中心舉辦專題講座，由香港大學藥理及藥劑學系李家豪註冊藥劑師親自講解乙型肝炎管理的預防、治療和管理，並分享了護肝保健品的注意事項。
政府現時的「乙型肝炎共同治理計劃」為較高風險群組提供乙型肝炎篩查和治療服務，我們鼓勵市民到地區康健中心了解詳情及預約，及早識別風險。🩸

賽馬會藥健同心藥物支援網絡早前為東區尤德夫人那打素醫院社區及病人資源部舉辦「平安藥知多啲」社區健康教育工作坊，由香港大學藥理及藥劑學系高級藥劑師李駿先生與參加者分享日常用藥安全的重要資訊。講座內容涵蓋常見用藥迷思、正確服藥方法、藥物相互作用、副作用處理，以及如何善用社區藥房及藥劑師資源。💡活動當日參加者反應踴躍，積極就日常服藥、長期病藥物及保健產品使用提出問題。藥劑師亦即場提供實用建議，協助大家提升用藥安全意識。

重拾好眠，由社區出發 🛌✨

早前賽馬會藥健同心藥物支援網絡舉辦睡眠健康講座，為患者及照顧者深入探討失眠及睡眠相關問題。當日活動聯同香港復康會社區復康網絡（港島康山中心）及香港柏金遜症會舉辦，約25位參加者出席，由香港大學藥理及藥劑學系張德琳註冊藥劑師分享失眠的常見成因、良好睡眠衛生及放鬆練習，亦講解褪黑素、非處方產品及安眠藥使用時需要留意的地方，並介紹社區藥房在藥物管理方面可以提供的支援。
未來我們會繼續把藥劑專業帶入不同社區場景，與大家並肩同行，一齊守護身心健康 ✨
