The 17th Student Representative Council The 17th Council is currently in place for the 2012-2013 session, elected to serve a 1 year term.

The Student Representative Council exists to serve all secondary students by organizing student events throughout the school year. Such events typically involve school spirit, class competitions, and sales to raise funds for charity, among other things. Since its creation in 1996, the Council has been composed of Representatives and Officers elected to carry out the instructions of the students. T

he Student Representative Council is a long-established tradition at CAIS and a core part of student democracy. It is the organization that gives students the chance to speak up.
