香港環境保護署署長訪庫布其：做內地、香港“超級聯繫人”

看著光伏板下種植的番茄，徐浩光忍不住摘了一個。他沒有用水沖，而是直接吃了起來。吃完後，他大聲對隨行其他人說：“好吃，你們也來嘗嘗。”

9月18日，香港特區政府環境保護署署長徐浩光在結束了此間舉行的第十屆庫布其國際沙漠論壇後，踏訪了全國“兩山”實踐創新基地——庫布其沙漠億利生態示範區。

曾經因氣候乾旱少雨，植被極為稀疏的庫布其沙漠，被人們稱作“死亡之海”。如今，在該沙漠境內的蒙西基地庫布其200萬千瓦光伏治沙專案，年均發電41億千瓦時，相當於節約123萬噸標準煤，減少319.8萬噸二氧化碳排放，每年還能為黃河“減負”200萬噸泥沙，堪稱“沙漠掘金”的典範。

瞭解上述背景後，徐浩光對眼前的光伏板更是充滿好奇。

“沒想到，光伏板上能發電，光伏板下能種植、養殖，種出的番茄還好吃。”他認為，當地官方、企業通過光伏治沙提升了民眾的幸福感，“民眾能增收、能致富，非常好的事。”

“沒想到沙漠會這麼美，更沒想到沙漠會有這麼大。”第一次在內蒙古看到沙漠的徐浩光告訴記者，所到之處，綠色成為主色調，讓他真正體驗到了什麼叫沙漠變綠洲。

“光伏發電體現的科技含量也讓我驚奇。”徐浩光表示，此前只是在參加會議瞭解到科技治沙的魅力，這一次在沙漠中看到一排排銀色的光伏板，在太陽下熠熠生輝，“覺得太震撼了。”

儘管香港沒有沙漠，但徐浩光表示，他會把此行在沙漠上看到的一切，告訴給香港的朋友們，讓他們瞭解內地生態的變化。

“我更願意做一個‘超級聯繫人’，讓更多香港(人)及外國人看到內蒙古庫布其沙漠的變化。”徐浩光告訴記者，他迫切地想帶領更多的香港朋友，來庫布其沙漠參觀、交流，讓他們享受到庫布其之美。

當天，徐浩光還在庫布其沙漠體驗了沙漠衝浪。他表示，“很刺激。”“由此想到，應該讓世界各地人都能感受一下。”

“庫布其沙漠很值得發展旅遊。”站在一處沙漠開闊地，徐浩光大聲地對記者說，“很多人都說 ‘綠水青山就是金山銀山’，實際上來到這裏，我才知道什麼叫‘綠水青山就是金山銀山’。你懂得我的感覺嗎？”
