✨ A little fairy-tale magic has been happening behind the scenes… ✨📚

I’ve been working on a new Fairy Tale Writing collection for The Creative Classroom with Ms Jen — turning classic stories into engaging literacy adventures for children in Grades 2–4. 🏰

Each fairy tale has its own focus, combining grammar, vocabulary, reading skills and creative writing through a story children already know and love.

We have…

🦢 The Ugly Duckling — vocabulary, story structure & irregular past tense
🌹 Beauty and the Beast — possessive pronouns & setting description
🧚 Thumbelina — time connectives & inference
👞 The Elves and the Shoemaker — speech punctuation & dialogue
👑 The Princess and the Pea — story structure, adjectives & irregular past tense
✨ Rumpelstiltskin — characters, adjectives & alliteration
🌙 Sleeping Beauty — fairy-tale features & creative writing

And I've created two versions — simple Print & Go worksheet packs, and complete teaching packs with teaching slides and additional teacher resources.

I absolutely love the idea of taking a familiar story and using it as a springboard for real language and writing skills. 💛
