Well done to star runners DMA and Moxy Mike for running the Lixingshe 10km and Half Marathon respectively on Sunday just gone. A PB for DMA and a decent result for MM. These guys continue to work and improve - nice one fellas!
Well on the way for Pyongyang marathon in April!

Well done to Benji Gebert for his 3rd place in the Hartfuessler trail race in Germany on the weekend - a 77km Ultra with 2677m elevation gain. Legs of steel. Definitely deserving of a beer on us for this one!

Well done to the Swim God Francesco Lanzone for winning his age group and coming 2nd overall in the mile at the Il Miglio di Chiavari open water swim in Italy on Sunday! Next week he’ll be in the 3km - a warm up for the 3km World Masters Champs in Japan in August!

Well on the way to breaking the 3 hour marathon goal for
Smashing out a 3:05 in the Quy Nhon Vietnam marathon in some 🥵 and sweaty conditions. Ice baths very welcome at the finish from what we hear.
Mind and body of steel from this guy. Upwards and onwards.
Where should we go for the sub3?

4 weeks after winning his age group in Desaru Coast 70.3 Mark smashes it out again in the the Higashimikawa 70.3 with another win! That’s 3 out of 3 wins this year so far, 2 x 70.3 and 1 x Full! All in a really tough age group as well.
Time to take a well deserved break after a hard block, and a packed race schedule.
This guy is an absolute machine!
Well done mate!

Great results from overseas athlete Shea in a double race weekend at the Memphis in May triathlon. 3rd in the Olympic on Sat, and then 3rd in the Sprint on Sun whilst pacing a good friend and first time triathlete.
Solid performance in both races. Shea has been training with me for over a year now, having never done a triathlon, we are now less than 24 weeks from his first ever full Ironman!
Well done mate, keep up the good work!

First 70.3 race and in the top ten for Taiwan based athlete Colin at the Morro Bay Half Ironman on the weekend.
He came to me having only ever done a Sprint, which was in his early 20’s, and not having touched triathlon since. Great result for his first 70.3, especially considering it was only our ‘C’ race.
Big gains in our latest training plan, with more to come for his ‘A’ & ‘B’ planned races later in the year!

Race ready for the TriA aquathlon series race 1 next week! One of our favourite disciplines - multiple reps of run + swim - much harder than you think.
Should be a good show from everyone, a few first timers, as well as our more experienced athletes!
Good luck on Sunday everyone!
