在上週六圓滿落幕的年度研討會中，研究海報展示無疑是一大亮點。同學們用科學與創意，打開了探索青年文化的新視角！經過香港心理學會理事會成員嚴格的現場評審，最後選出了五位得獎同學。我們今年亦特別頒發合共港幣$3,000的現金獎金，以表揚及支持同學們的學術研究。

在研討會正式畫上句號之前，我們特別邀請了本次盛會的籌委會主席馬嘉言博士上台作閉幕致辭。馬博士在致辭中深刻總結了當天學術與文化的交流，並對所有籌委會成員、講者、嘉賓及同學的鼎力支持致以最誠摯的謝意。正是每一位參與者的支持，共同成就了這場圓滿成功的心理學研討會。

【🏆2026 Annual Conference Highlights 3: Inspiring the Future: Poster Presentations & Award Ceremony 🎓✨】

Looking back at our annual conference which successfully concluded last Saturday, the Poster Presentation beautifully highlighted the research rigor and creative spark of our students. Following live evaluations by our HKPS Council members, five final winners were selected. To support and recognize their academic efforts, we awarded a total cash prize pool of HKD 3,000 to the winners this year.

Before officially closing the event, we were honored to welcome Dr. Lawrence MA, Chairman of the HKPS 2026 Annual Conference Organizing Committee, to deliver the closing remarks.

In his speech, Dr. Ma synthesized the rich insights and cultural dialogues shared throughout the day. He extended his heartfelt gratitude to the organizing committee, esteemed speakers, guests, and students whose collective efforts made this conference a resounding success.

【💓 Grand Opening & Keynote Highlights 1: HKPS 2026 Annual Conference 🔬🎨】

The HKPS 2026 Annual Conference was hosted with incredible energy last Saturday! We were deeply honored to have Dr. Ephraem TSUI, President of HKPS, alongside Mr. Edmund Tak Man LI, Vice President (Operation and Enterprise) of THEi, officiated our opening ceremony, setting a vibrant stage for this landmark event. 🌱✨

Following the ceremony, our Star-Studded Keynote Session captivated the entire audience. Hong Kong's First Wheelchair Badminton Athlete Mr. CHAN Ho Yuen MH, Former Captain of Hong Kong Men's Volleyball Team Mr. SIU Cheong Hung, Registered Sports Psychologist Ms. LO Cheuk Hang, Karen, as well as HKPS Vice President and Registered Educational Psychologist Ms. Michelle LI, delivered an empowering message based on the philosophy that "there is no failure, only steps to success." The session deep-dived into how athletes transform sports resilience, goal-setting, and life planning into the ultimate power to navigate personal growth and career development for everyone.

【Empowering Minds, Strengthening Communities: HKPS Media Luncheon】💬💖

At the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS), we are dedicated to sharing timely, evidence-based psychological knowledge with the public — to foster understanding, wellbeing, and resilience across our community. 🌱✨

To further this mission, HKPS recently hosted a Media Luncheon bringing together our Council, Professional Divisions, and media partners. Together, we explored how psychologists and media professionals can collaborate to provide accurate mental health information and compassionate support for the people of Hong Kong. 🤝📢

During the luncheon, we shared the meaningful work our members have done over the past two years — including ongoing crisis support initiatives, such as our response following the Tai Po fire — and outlined our future strategic focuses on youth mental health, community wellbeing, and mental health awareness across different sectors. 🚀💭
