We encourage students to use and practise their English throughout the Typhoon Club Summer Course.
The atmosphere is always relaxed and supportive, with plenty of encouragement available throughout the day. We want children to feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and expressing their ideas.

Thursday 30 April
During afternoon classroom time, students on the Typhoon Club Summer Course explore different text types and work on their own writing.
Our native English teachers guide students through each writing task, and we provide supporting materials to help them organise their ideas. Teaching assistants are also in the classroom to support the students as they write.
The aim is simple: clear guidance, real writing, and a finished piece of work students can feel proud of.

Each day on the Typhoon Club Summer Course, students have lunch together at convenient restaurants.
Sharing a meal with friends is not just enjoyable, it is also a natural way to build conversational English. Students talk about what they saw in the morning, exchange ideas, and use English in a relaxed, practical setting.
Real communication is often the best kind of language practice.
