Who says interning is just about sitting in the office from 9 to 6? In just one short summer, our interns completed their fulfilling internship with a massive amount of achievement! ❤️

👫Work, Live, Play, Learn: Not only did our interns dive into hands-on projects, but they also teamed up with peers from diverse backgrounds to explore all I&T enriching activities, from brainstorming big ideas to discovering the Greater Bay Area! They didn’t just learn a ton; they’ve made friends for life!

🧑🏻‍💼Leadership Exchange with CEO: A unique session offered to our interns to gain career insights directly from our CEO who navigates tech trends from both business and engineering background. It's their ultimate key to mastering continuous learning, keeping up with industry shifts, and trying new things!

Carl was blown away by how far Hong Kong's I&T scene is pushing the limits. Leonie discovered that Hong Kong’s global mindset makes it the ultimate hub to test out new tech ideas. Our talents came from different majors, but I&T was where they hit their stride. Daphne harnessed her global business knowledge to analyse and evaluate potential startup investment, Tansy brought her engineering skills to real code, and Cindy put her psychology and business lens on complex corporate workflows. 💻

Ultimately, this immersive exposure and hands-on experience shaped their career directions. Whether you aim to be a corporate high-flyer, a future founder, or somewhere in between — these are big dreams backed by real plans.💡

No matter their background, our interns jumped headfirst into I&T and unlock their passions. Tiffany fuelled our ecosystem collaboration by fostering growth for early-stage startups. Silas leveraged his finance background to act as a vital bridge between I&T and business, while Angela focused on Life & Health Tech education to inspire the next generation of innovative minds. 💡

【HKSTP x HKU Co-op: First Cohort Complete! ✅ 】

Early this year, four HKU students joined HKSTP as interns. Last week, they officially became our first-ever HKU Co-op cohort who completed a 6.5-month internship with us! 🎉

What an incredible journey it’s been! 🚀

By getting hands on in every daily operation, they grew from basic task-takers into proactive idea-drivers. From hosting flagship events to engaging key business partners, they showed that a young generation from any discipline can thrive in the I&T world. 💡

At the reflection session, the HKU Co-op interns took the stage to share their personal stories of growth, breakthroughs, and resilience in the past months. Supervisors were also proud of their significant transformation into future-ready leaders of I&T. 🌟

The sentimental reflections, a heartfelt video and gratitude plants made the moment unique and lasting. 🌱

Celebrating this milestone, F***y Wong, our CTO, reaffirmed HKSTP’s talent commitment and the impact of cultivating future I&T talent through such a successful partnership with HKU Co-op. ⚡

今年初，四位HKU嘅同學仔加入我地成為HKSTP實習生。上星期，佢哋正式完成 6 個半月嘅實習計劃，成為我哋首批港大Co-op 實習畢業生！🎉

由協助日常運作，再到一手一腳組織大型活動，甚至同重要業務夥伴合作，佢哋用行動證明，無論讀咩科，年青人踏入I&T生態圈，一樣可以發光發熱！💡

【Young Minds, Real AI, Big Futures 🤖 】

Which station would you explore first at our Youth InnoExplorers AI Carnival? 👇

Over 120 local secondary students were accompanied by their principals and teachers to explore our Park earlier this month. Heads together, eyes locked on screens, hands busy with interactive widgets, figuring out real AI tools like they'd been doing it for years.

The buzz of discovery, the determination to get it right — all unfolded at the AI Carnival.🤖🎪

They spent the morning interacting with our park companies SenseTime, Coding 101, ESSAA and Turned-E Education 育教創科! exploring their innovative technologies and solutions. The students experienced AI coding, robotics, flight planning, with AR and AI-scored sport tech along the way.🤖✨

By giving the curious minds a taste of technology, creativity, and emerging industries, we're not just running workshops—we're inspiring them to see I&T as a future they can step into and shape with dreams of their own. That's how we nurture Hong Kong's next generation of I&T talent.🌱

創科界都有嘉年華？今次一班本地中學師生同校長嚟到科學園，親身體驗我哋嘅「少年創科探索家」AI嘉年華！你係咪都想玩埋一份呢👇？

超過120位來自唔同中學嘅同學仔，一齊穿梭嘉年華每個角落，全心投入創科互動體驗，「落手落腳」操作各種AI工具，表現得有板有眼，盡展創科熱情同潛能！✨🚀

🤖🎪上午園區企業與同學仔進行創科互動，當中包括商湯科技 SenseTime、Coding 101、ESSAA 同埋 Turned-E Education 育教創科！由親身感受AI編程、機械人，玩到飛行導航規劃，仲體驗埋AR同AI即時評分嘅運動科技，超級豐富🤖✨！

今次體驗除左令學生了解科學園，更點燃左佢哋嘅「創科魂」！年輕人喺呢度可以親身感受科技、創意同新興產業，從中感到創科係佢哋未來可實踐嘅夢想。希望活動令同學心中種下創科種子，啟發未來更多可能。🌱
