而面對失敗的第一步，就是必須承認失敗是一個事實。它就像氧氣一樣無所不在。氧氣是生命的必需品，而就這個層面來說，失敗也是人生必經的過程。只要我們願意的話，失敗讓我們有機會學習與成長。犯了錯才能知道什麼是對的，找出問題在哪裡，然後在下一次做得比今次更好。

有些人認為失敗打擊孩子的自信，而我們認為承認失敗就是自信的表現。

🧩【如何提升孩子的自信心? How can children be more confident?】🧩

「天生我材必有用」，但自信心不是與生俱來的，而孩子應該從小培養自信心，認識自己的價值。

培養自信心需要配合多方面的因素，孩子在成長的過程中亦容易動搖自己的價值定位，自信心就此被打壓殆盡。

所以，作為父母和師表的我們，的確要重視這個問題！

🧩【什麼是AQ? What is AQ?】🧩

我們比較常聽到IQ和EQ，但相信大家較少接觸到AQ。

逆境智商 ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ)是指一個人面對逆境的適應和應變能力，即面對挫折、擺脫困境和克服困難的能力。

相信每個人都會遇到逆境，不論是成人或是孩子，逆境智商並不是指能力本身，而是我們面對逆境的心態及主動改善困境的願意度。

考試肥佬、比人蝦、覺得自己輸在起跑線等，這些「逆境」並不界定孩子的價值及能力，我們作為孩子們的指路明燈，不應只是教孩子們如何避免困難，更重要的是讓孩子知道如何去堅強的、果斷的去面對這些逆境，衝破舒適圈，愈戰愈強。

世界每天不斷變化，未來仍存在很多未知數，就像創業家杜偉樑先生所講：「未來將會出現困難混亂處境，社會或環境變化將會很大，未必有很安穩的工作和行業環境。所以，我相信在這情況下，人面對逆境的心理質素和承受能力很重要，要有逆境智商。」

我們重視孩子們的觀變技能，重視孩子們的AQ。

擁有高的AQ就能讓我們將一手爛牌打贏，在困境中愈挫愈強，這就是逆境智商的神奇魅力所在。

🧩【免費體驗 Free Trial - 2022年1月15-16日 4-12歲孩子軟技能工作坊Soft Skills Training Workshop for Kids Aged 4-12】🧩

我們把軟技能主要分為五大類：自我技能、人際技能、創新技能、解難技能及觀變技能，並就這五種軟技能著重設計相關培訓，致力以為孩子們帶來更全面的發展為目標，提高社會對孩子軟技能發展的關注。

我們明白市面上未必有很多專門培訓孩子軟技能的課程選擇，亦明白軟技能並不是能容易被量化的，為了讓家長和孩子們更加了解軟技能培訓是怎麼一回事，我們為家長們和孩子們設計了獨有且原創的軟技能培訓，現設免費體驗，工作坊會以遊戲、戲劇及互動教學形式進行，活動亦會包含挑戰及需要互相合作的元素，務求讓孩子們能享受與其他孩子一起玩遊戲的樂趣之餘，也能訓練他們的獨立思考，在導師的引導下給予他們機會去運用各種軟技能，並且在互動的環境下讓孩子們互相學習如何在實際生活中運用軟技能。

We understand that there might not be many options of children's soft skills training on the market, and it is difficult to quantify results from soft skills training. In order to allow parents and children better understand how our soft skills training works, we are delighted to offer free trials for children who wish to have a feel of our programs. These free trial workshops adopt an interactive learning approach, designed with fun and innovative games and activities that contain elements of challenges and teamwork, with an aim to let children enjoy the sessions while learning how to apply their soft skills.

👤ME Skills 自我技能
自我技能涵蓋自信建立、自我控制、情緒管理、注意力和專注能力。在孩子成長的道路上，對自己的想法、感受和行為存有自我意識是相當重要的。
ME skills are the self-management skills that include confidence, self-control, emotion management, attention and focus. It is important for children to be aware of their own thoughts, feelings and actions.

人際技能是把握和處理人際關係的有關技能，這些技能包括社交互動、有效溝通、團隊協作和互相尊重。我們活一世要處的人很多，懂得人情世故，是我們待人處事最重要的一環。
WE skills are the people skills that affect our relationships with others, including social-interaction, effective communication, collaboration and respect.

💡Innovation Skills 創新技能
創新技能囊括創造力、想像力和好奇心，這些技能不僅能讓我們認識和瞭解世界的現況，還能讓我們不受規限地構想世界的未來。
Innovation skills encompass creativity, imagination, curiosity, and are skills that allow us to understand not only how the world is, but also envision how it could be.

🧠Wobble Skills 解難技能
解難技能能有效地幫助我們排解挑戰、面對難關、逆境和失敗。這些技能包括適應能力、毅力、無懼失敗並能從中學習的能力。
Wobble skills are important when we encounter challenges and failure. They include resilience, perseverance and ability to overcome fear and learn from failure.

👀Sniff and Scurry Skills 觀變技能
受斯賓塞•約翰遜著名書作《誰搬走了我的乳酪》裡角色嗅嗅和匆匆的啟發，觀變技能包括觀察環境變化能力、適應能力、商業及環境意識。
Inspired by the famous "Who Moved My Cheese" characters Sniff and Scurry created by Spencer Johnson, the sniff and scurry skills include observation, ability to adapt to change, commercial and environmental awareness.

🧩【何謂軟技能？What are Soft Skills? 】🧩

「軟技能」是決定我們如何生活以及如何與他人互動的技能、性格和態度。這些技能包括社交技能、待人處事、解難態度、情緒管理、自信心、尊重他人、克服恐懼和從失敗中學習的能力。

對。硬技能 - 例如從書本上學習到的知識、演奏樂器、編程等，對於孩子們認識世界和現今社會的運作是很重要的，而培訓孩子們的軟技能將使他們有能力積極面對世界帶來的機會與挑戰。 軟技能不僅影響著每個人生活上的各個方面，對兒童的成長和日後發展亦至關重要。

“Soft skills” are the skills and character traits that determine how we live and how we interact with other people. They include skills such as social skills, problem-solving, emotional management, self-confidence, respect others, ability to overcome fear and learn from failure.

Yes. Hard skills like learning knowledge from a book, or playing an instrument, or coding, are important for children to learn about the world and how the society works. But soft skills will equip children to face the world. They affect every aspect of one's daily life, and are vital for children's lifetime growth and development.
