For distance learning students balancing both work and academic studies, understanding your unique personality traits and establishing effective communication are essential to expanding your network and boosting workplace efficiency.

To help students apply their personality strengths to their studies and career, the School of Open Learning will host the " Self-Discovery: MBTI 16 Personality Types Workshop". Through MBTI analytical tools, this workshop will guide you to dive deep into your personality traits, learn how to play to your strengths while managing weaknesses, and maximize your potential in team collaboration and personal growth.

Have you ever found yourself tossing and turning after a long day? Quality sleep is deeply tied to our health and essential for boosting both academic and work performance. If you are struggling with sleep issues, don't miss the "Sleep Right to Sleep Tight Workshop" organised by the School of Open Learning! Join us to discover how to recharge your body effectively and enjoy a peaceful, restful night's sleep.

In this workshop, a professional sleeping coach will introduce common causes of insomnia and practical strategies to overcome them. We'll also include a survey to assess your sleep quality and anxiety level, helping you improve your sleep at the root and stay sharp at all times!

Mid-Autumn Festival is a cherished time of reunion. Making a handcrafted lantern not only adds to the festive atmosphere but also serves as a heart-warming gift for family and friends. Ahead of the festival, the School of Open Learning is organising the "Moon Full, Hearts United: Mid-Autumn Handmade Lantern Workshop" and warmly invites you and your family and friends to craft your own unique lantern and enjoy a joyful, heart-warming time together.

香港國際教育及職業展圓滿結束　與大家攜手探索升學可能

由香港都會大學公開進修學院 參與的香港國際教育及職業展已圓滿結束。是次展覽吸引眾多有意升學的同學、家長及公眾人士到場參觀，HKMU SOL 很高興能透過是次活動，與參加者面對面交流，分享課程資訊及升學途徑，協助大家規劃未來發展方向。

The Hong Kong International Education and Careers Expo has successfully concluded.

HKMU SOLwas delighted to take part in this year’s exhibition, where we met prospective students, parents, and members of the public. Through face-to-face conversations, we shared information about our programmes and study pathways, helping visitors explore suitable options for their academic and professional development.

Throughout the exhibition, our team introduced the distinctive features of HKMU SOL’s programmes and flexible distance learning mode. We also provided detailed information on admission requirements, programme curriculum, learning support, and progression opportunities. Based on each visitor’s educational background and learning goals, our staff offered personalised advice to help them better understand the wide range of study options available.

The exhibition also gave us valuable insights into the topics that visitors were most interested in, including admission arrangements, distance learning, and qualification recognition. Our team was pleased to answer questions on programme details and study planning, supporting visitors in making informed decisions about their future education.
