補習中心聘課程協調員 (part time) 2年合約

工作時數： 每天約3小時（ 在家辦公， 一週回教育中心一次打印教材, 地點於長沙灣）
職責：
- 安排課程時間表及與老師/家長溝通
- 處理ad hoc request 如安排新生試堂及情況彙報，處理老師及學生請假及調堂等
- 安排老師準備的季度學習進度表
- 管理Facebook promotion - 1星期3次

要求：
- 友善，有禮及responsive
- 流利廣東話
- 基本英語
- 歡迎學生報名
- 在家工作，一星期一天回中心打印教材

待遇：
$5000一個月加表現獎金及 兩年完約酬金

Our centre is looking for a course coordinator (part time) 2-year contract .

Working hours: 3 hours per day work from home+ printing work 1 time per week in the education centre located in Cheung Sha Wan
Responsibilities:
- Arrange lessons/schedules with parents and tutors and communicate with parents and tutors.
- Handle ad-hoc requests including trial lessons for new students, sick leave of students and tutors, lessons reschedule etc.
- Handle performance summary prepared by tutors on a quarterly basis
- Manage online promotion like facebook 3 times a week

Requirements:
- Friendly, polite and responsive
-fluent Cantonese
- Students are welcome
- Work online mainly and one day work in the centre for materials printing
- Basic English proficiency

Compensation:
HK$5,000 per month plus performance bonus and contract completion bonus

學習PHONICS的好處
自然拼讀法:是一套用自然記憶的方式（不用任何符號、音標），再根據『字母』與『字母』間的組合所應該發出的音，它主要教授英文字母與聲音間的對應關係，由淺入深、勤於反覆練習，建立字母與發音的直覺音感。在初級英語中有84%的單詞在拼讀時都是有規律可循的，因為大部分英文字（尤其是適合初學者的英語教材中的詞彙），都可以直接根據字母所代表的音來發音，如cat，pet，sand，name等。我們所通稱的Phonics， 指的就是教授存在英文字中，字母和聲音的對應關係。一旦掌握了這種發音規則就不必去翻查字典而能夠順利地將單詞讀出，只要孩子們學習了這種不用音標的發音 規律就可以很快學會拼讀不認識的單詞，使英語學習變得簡單、有趣而高效。這也就是英語系國家的人（如：英國、美國、加拿大….）少有發音與拼音困擾之秘訣。
