Translating Disease-Mechanism Discoveries to Improve Treatment of BA

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Precision and Regenerative Medicine for Birth Defects in the Department of Surgery (Ref.:504588), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree, with proven experience and good publication record in the relevant area. They should be able to work independently and to communicate fluently in English. Good interpersonal skills are required. Experience in biogel synthesis and fabrication, matrix biology, tissue engineering and cell culturing would be an advantage.

The appointee will join a multidisciplinary team to conduct proteomics analysis, tissue engineering, iPSCs culturing and differentiation. He/She will coordinate and communicate analysis with collaborators, write reports and scientific publications, and supervise postgraduate students.
