Our community came together this week to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with hands-on mooncake-making workshops! 🥮 👩‍🍳
Our Early Years students paired up with their parents to shape, mould, and craft their own sweet treats, while our High School students took on the culinary challenge to make their own snow skin mooncakes.

Today, our Secondary Level 2 Japanese as a Second Language students took on a special leadership role for a hands-on Dorayaki Making Workshop for our Grade 1 native Japanese-speaking students! Mastering a language is not just about reading a book! Our High School English and ESL courses are off to an epic start! 📖 🎨🎭
📝 Grade 9 English students are levelling up their writing with paragraph practice while analyzing story elements across short stories.
🕺Grade 10s are bringing theme analysis to life by acting out some short stories.
🕵 ESL classes are taking teamwork to the next level by describing mystery images to partners who have to draw them from scratch to sharpen those oral communication skills.

🍂 With autumn just around the corner, our Grade 1 students stepped outside the classroom to explore the trees in our courtyard! 🌳
As part of their seasonal theme, the students drew what they observed, focused closely on the details, and noted the vibrant colors of the leaves, the size and volume of the trees, and everything else they could spot. It’s amazing to see our young learners connect with nature while expressing their creativity and curiosity!
