【AI 教學應用的「危」⚠️與「機」🚪 | 導師培訓工作坊回顧🌱】

因應本年度PMQ Seed項目加入AI元素，我們上月邀請了DayGen AI Limited 及 RoboCode Academy 創辦人黃浩基博士 (Dr. Jackei) 和 Hong Kong AI-Solve Academy 香港Ai培訓學院 創辦人文恩澄 (Rannes) 主講兩場導師培訓工作坊，分別向參加者分析中小學應用AI的現況，以及介紹四大AI工具類型的分別與運用，引導大家深入思考AI為學生帶來的「危」⚠️與「機」🚪。

「危」⚠️：涉及私隱🔐與數據風險；過度依賴AI🤖，一不小心可能出現「AI 幻覺」⚠️，誤信AI所提供的資訊為正確✅。

「機」🚪：AI降低技術門檻📉，讓學生更快完成製作原型（Prototype）🛠️與測試，把時間投放於思考💭與判斷，培養學生的批判性思維🔍。同時透過指令 (Prompt) ⌨️，用大型語言模型 (LLM) 🤖進行多輪對話💬，擁有更快和更多機會進行反覆試驗 (Trial and error) 🔄。

正如 Dr. Jackei 所說：「AI用得好不好，不只看『有沒有用AI』，而是看學生有沒有參與思考、選擇和修改。」學生在AI盛行下，仍可培養思考💭、表達🗣️、修正🔧與創造的能力🚀，但切勿忽略建立 AI 素養的重要📚 。確保學生正確運用 AI，AI才能成為學生發揮創意的得力助手🎨 ！

【The Risks⚠️ and Opportunities 🚪 of AI in Education | Train the Trainer Workshop Recap🌱】

In response to PMQ Seed integrating AI into this year’s programme, we invited Dr. Jackei Wong, founder of DayGen AI Limited and RoboCode Academy, and Rannes Man, founder of the Hong Kong AI-Solve Academy, to lead two Train the Trainer workshops last month. They shared insights into the current landscape of AI applications in primary and secondary education and introduced four major categories of AI tools and their uses. Participants were guided to critically examine both the risks⚠️ and opportunities 🚪 that AI brings to students.

Risks⚠️: These include privacy and data security concerns, as well as overreliance on AI. Without careful judgment, users may encounter “AI hallucinations” ⚠️ and mistakenly accept incorrect information as accurate ✅.

Opportunities🚪: AI lowers technical barriers 📉, enabling students to rapidly create prototypes 🛠️ and conduct testing. This allows more time for thinking 💭 and decision making, helping to enhance their critical thinking skills 🔍. Through Prompt-based interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs), students can also engage in iterative dialogue and experimentation, increasing opportunities for Trial and Error 🔄.

As Dr. Jackei noted, “The effectiveness of AI use is not determined by whether it is used, but by whether students are actively engaged in thinking, decision making, and refining their work.” Even amid the growing prevalence of AI, students can continue to develop skills in thinking 💭, expression 🗣️, revision 🔧, and creativity 🚀. However, the importance of building AI literacy should not be overlooked. It is essential to ensure that students use AI correctly and leverage it as an effective assistant for students to bring their creativity into play🎨!

【「撞板」而出的發明！試錯如何成就創意的誕生？🧱🤯✨】

很多重要的發明並非一步登天，而是經歷反覆試驗（Trial and Error）後誕生🧪。反覆「撞板」，反而可能激發新的創意點子✨！

📝 1. Post it（Memo紙）
科學家本來正研究原本黏力極強的膠水，卻意外發現一種黏性弱、可反覆貼上和撕下的膠水，後來便利用這種膠水發明了便利生活的Post-it！

🧵 2. 魔術貼
瑞士工程師George de Mestral 某次行山時，發現植物果實經常黏附在他的衣服和寵物的毛髮上，於是啟發他進行研究並發現結構原理，終發明了方便又實用的魔術貼！ 創意源於日常觀察，觀察「意外」，反而可能帶來意外之「材」🔍！

🧼 3. 乾洗技術
相傳於 19 世紀中期，法國巴黎一位工人不小心打翻煤油燈，布料被灑上油後，卻意外發現布料上的污漬消失了。這個「撞板」的發現，後來便發展成現代的乾洗技術。失誤有時反而是尋找新方法的起點💫！

📖 試錯，是學習的一部分
從 Post it (Memo紙)、魔術貼與乾洗技術可見，發明與創新往往並非一蹴而就，而是經過不斷嘗試、修正與觀察而成。鼓起試錯的勇氣嘗試與探索，從「撞板」中學習與反思，創意種子便有機會逐漸發芽🌱。每一次試驗，都可能成為下一個創意點子的開始🚀✨。

【 Inventions That ‘Bumped Into’ Success! How Trial and Error Fuels Creativity 🧱🤯✨】

Many important inventions were not created in one stroke of genius. They emerged through repeated trial and error, bumping into obstacles again and again. Sometimes, these “failures” bring new ideas!

📝 1. Post it Notes
Scientists were originally developing an extremely strong adhesive but instead discovered a weak glue that could be repeatedly stuck and peeled off. This unexpected “failed” glue later became the everyday life hero: Post it Notes!

🧵 2. Hook and Loop Fastener
Swiss engineer George de Mestral noticed that burrs kept sticking to his clothes and his dog’s fur during a hike. Then, he studied their structure and discovered the underlying principle, which led to the invention of the now ubiquitous hook and loop fastener. Creativity starts with everyday observation, seeing “accidents” can reveal unexpected materials and ideas! 🕵️‍♂️

🧼 3. Dry Cleaning Technology
Legend has it that in the mid-19th century, a worker in Paris accidentally knocked over a kerosene lamp and spilled oil onto a piece of fabric. Surprisingly, the stains on the cloth disappeared. This “bump” gave rise to modern dry-cleaning techniques; sometimes mistakes are the starting point for new methods! 💡

📖 Trial and Error Is Part of Learning
From Post it Notes, Velcro, and dry cleaning technology, we can see that invention and innovation rarely come in one perfect step. They are built through continuous experimentation, adjustment, and observation.

Have the courage to try, explore, and learn from your “accident.” Each experiment can become the seed for your next creative idea🌱. Every test is a potential beginning🚀✨.

本月舉行的導師培訓工作坊，其中一個環節邀請香港心聆 Mind HK擔任導師，向創意導師團隊及教師通過理論、個案分享及實戰，重新認識「錯誤」的價值及理解抗逆力和成長思維，以助培養學生韌性💪。

PMQ Seed 2026 導師培訓工作坊「設計思維在教學」基礎及進階班已順利完成！✨ 今年PMQ Seed繼續與香港知專設計學院（HKDI）設計思維工作團隊合作，由講師黃毅之（Edwin）帶領兩天工作坊，從理論到實踐，逐步引導參加者掌握設計思維，更將AI元素融入實踐之中，引導各位將設計思維融會貫通！💡🤖
在基礎班上，Edwin向參加者分享設計思維的基本概念及多個例子分析，從使用者角度出發，找出使用者的困難，定義需要，運用發散性思考及聚合思維進行分析與構思。參加者更透過模擬視障人士的體驗活動，親身發掘痛點 👁️‍🗨️。

至於進階班，Edwin讓各位參加者從認識彼此的方式體驗試錯 (Trial and Error) 🔄 的過程，並嘗試使用不同指令與 AI 協作，探索問題、分析痛點，並持續調整方向 🔍🤝，把AI 成為輔助工具，反覆嘗試找出解難方案。

【Design Thinking in Education × AI Applications | Train the Trainer Workshop Recap🌱】

PMQ Seed 2026 Train the Trainer Workshop, “Design Thinking in Education (Basic and Advanced)” has been successfully completed! ✨

This year, PMQ Seed continued its collaboration with the Design Thinking team from the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI). Led by lecturer Edwin Wong, the two-day workshop guided participants step by step, from theory to practice, helping them to understand design thinking while integrating AI elements into the process, enabling a holistic understanding and application of both💡🤖!

On Day 1, Edwin introduced the concepts of design thinking along with various case studies. Participants explored challenges from a user centered perspective, identified pain points of the user, defined the needs, and applied both divergent and convergent thinking for analysis and ideation. They also took part in a simulation activity to experience visual impairment, allowing them to uncover real insights firsthand 👁️‍🗨️.

On Day 2, participants experienced the process of trial and error 🔄 through interactive activities that helped them get to know one another. They experimented with different prompts to collaborate with AI, exploring problems, analyzing pain points, and continuously refining their direction 🔍🤝. AI was used as a supportive tool to iterate and develop potential solutions.

Thanks to Edwin for his inspiring sharing. In line with this year’s SEED teaching direction, AI will be integrated into the learning process, empowering students to apply design thinking × AI in education and unlock new possibilities in creative education. 🚀

PMQ Seed「創意營」一直以「設計思維」為活動框架，讓學生從同理心出發，透過建築、設計、藝術或STEAM等跨界創意體驗，以玩樂形式讓同學投入創作。PMQ Seed今年以抗逆力為主題，培養學生實驗家精神，讓「試錯」成為內在成長的養分。另外，有見及學校及社會所需，今年的活動會把人工智能（AI）融入教學，讓學生嘗試以 AI 作為輔助工具，實踐創意想像！🎨
