She introduced the International Baccalaureate Programme to the Department of Education, prospective International Baccalaureate teachers and parents in Taiwan. Her devotion to education was recognised by the Department of Education, Taiwan City in 2018.

Nicole attended Canadian International School of Hong Kong for MYP and DP programme, graduating with a bilingual diploma and academic excellence recognised by the Principal's Award with all subjects of 95% or higher. She proceeded to study BA Education Studies programme in University College London (UCL) and graduated with a first class honours degree. Nicole will start her graduate studies in University of Oxford in October, 2020, majoring in MSc Education (Higher Education).
