A-Level Results Are Out：Day 1 after results — 3 things to do now

Whether you got the grades you wanted, just met your offer, or fell short, here’s what to focus on right now:

1.Check your UCAS Hub status
Confirm whether your Firm place is unconditional, you’ve moved to Insurance, or you’re in Clearing.

2.If you didn’t meet your offer
Contact the university first (some still have flexibility)
Start Clearing calls today — good courses fill fast
Consider a Priority Review of Marking if you’re very close and it affects your place

3.If you met your offer
Don’t fully switch off yet. Confirm accommodation, enrolment, and any next steps the university has sent you.

Clearing is still open (until mid-October), but the strongest options move quickly in the first few days.

CAIE A-Level Results Are Officially Out Today!
Cambridge International (CAIE) AS & A-Level results have officially been released today! Here is your quick action guide on how to check your grades and what to do next:

1️⃣ How to Check Your Results
School/Exam Center: Contact your Exams Officer directly for the official transcript.
Online: Log into the Cambridge Candidate Results portal using your login credentials provided by your school.

2️⃣ 3 Essential Steps After Getting Your Grades

Step 1: Match Against Your Conditional Offer Compare your grades line-by-line with your Firm and Insurance choices, and log into UCAS Hub to monitor your status update.

Step 2: Take Action Based on Your Status
Met the Offer: Congratulations! Confirm your offer and check if you need to submit additional documents (e.g., IELTS, medical checks).
Missed by 1–2 Marks: Immediately request a Priority EAR (Enquiry About Results) through your school, and email the university admissions office to ask if they can hold your place.
Missed Significantly / Unsuccessful: Do NOT just wait for remarking! Get your UCAS ID and transcript ready, and call university Clearing hotlines directly (must be called by the student!).

Step 3: Prepare for Thursday (Aug 13) Edexcel, OxfordAQA, and UK native exam board results will drop this Thursday. Dual-board students should manage their CAIE results today and wait for final consolidation on Thursday.
