The New Amsterdam Technical Institute joins the wider New Amsterdam community in extending heartfelt condolences on the passing of Lincoln Williams, affectionately known as “Polo.”

His quiet dedication, kindness, and community spirit were deeply appreciated by all who had the privilege of working with him.

His support did not go unnoticed, and his contribution to our institution and community will always be remembered with gratitude.

We extend our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and all who mourn his passing.

May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🕊️

With profound sadness, the Berbice High School family joins the people of New Amsterdam and beyond in mourning the passing of Lincoln Williams, affectionately known as “Polo.”

A man of dedication, humility, and service, Polo touched the lives of many through his unwavering commitment to his community. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to serve others have left an indelible mark that will not be forgotten.

As we reflect on his life and legacy, we remember a man whose actions spoke louder than words and whose contributions helped make our community stronger.

We extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him during this difficult time.

This MoU creates meaningful opportunities for our technical students to access industry-aligned training, practical exposure, and possible employment pathways in Guyana’s growing power sector.
