Everyone must choose one of two pains. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret.

Life does not have a rewind button. You will pass this way once, don't focus on what will depreciate your purpose. Keep pressing.

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

When a "friend " brings a gossip to you relating what was said about you, that is not your friend. Friends don't listen to gossip about you. They nip it in the bud and stop the talk name and stand up for you. So in 2024 mek sure you know you frenooos. There are too many toxic, narcissistic, wolves modelling in sheep's clothing.

Who you let speak into your life is so important. It’s more than just the words they say; what they say will teach you, but who they are will change you!
