The Cyril Potter College of Education (Anna Regina Centre) came alive today as it successfully hosted its Easter Programme in the form of a vibrant Colour Picnic. The event brought together trainees and staff in a joyful atmosphere filled with fun, fellowship, and festive spirit.

Participants enjoyed a day of unity and celebration, embracing the colours of the season while engaging in various activities that fostered camaraderie and relaxation after a busy academic term.

In brief remarks, Head of Centre, Navita Singh, expressed her delight at the successful hosting of the event. She commended the trainees and staff for their enthusiastic participation and highlighted the importance of such activities in promoting balance, togetherness, and a positive learning environment. She also encouraged everyone to continue fostering unity and excellence as they move forward in their academic journey.

We were deeply honoured by the presence of Dr. Ritesh Tularam (DCEO- TECHNICAL), who delivered an inspiring speech and heartfelt Phagwah message. He reminded trainees and lecturers of the true meaning of Phagwah the triumph of good over evil, the power of unity, and the importance of love, respect, and harmony within our communities. His words encouraged everyone to continue fostering inclusivity and positivity within the teaching profession.

We also extend sincere appreciation to Ms. Kishore, who shared thoughtful Phagwah greetings and reflected on the significance of cultural celebration in strengthening bonds among trainees and staff. Her message reinforced the value of togetherness and mutual respect in education.

The programme was well supported by our dedicated lecturers and enthusiastic trainees, whose participation made the celebration truly special.
