💙 Happy World Breastfeeding Week 🤱
Breastfeeding is a gift that benefits both mother and baby. It provides babies with the ideal nutrition for healthy growth while supporting a mother’s recovery after birth and promoting her long-term health.
For the best start in life, babies should be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months, with continued breastfeeding alongside appropriate complementary foods up to 2 years and beyond.
Let’s celebrate, support, and empower every breastfeeding journey. 💙
