Their commitment to teaching the fundamentals of Shotokan karate, guiding students through Kihon, Kata, and Kumite, and encouraging discipline and perseverance played an important role in the success of the program.

Congratulations to Our NGSA Students! 🎓🥋

ISKF-Guyana proudly extends its warm congratulations to our students who sat the 2026 National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA) examinations.

We commend their hard work, discipline, and commitment both academically and within the dojo. Successfully balancing school responsibilities with karate training is a true reflection of dedication, perseverance, and focus; core values of our martial arts philosophy.

During a special awards ceremony, our NGSA students were presented with certificates of congratulations by Director of Sports, Mr. Steve Ninvalle, in recognition of this important milestone.

We encourage all our students to continue striving for excellence as they progress in their academic journeys. Stay focused, keep learning, and continue training! 🥋📚

Congratulations to our Summer Class Students! 🥋🎓

ISKF-Guyana extends heartfelt congratulations to the 20 students who successfully completed our Summer Class Program, held from July 14 to August 13, 2026, at our headquarters dojo in the National Park, Thomaslands.

Throughout the program, our students trained diligently in the foundational elements of Shotokan karate, including Kihon, Kata, and Kumite, while developing discipline, focus, and confidence.

We were pleased to celebrate their hard work and achievements with a special awards ceremony, where certificates of participation were presented by Director of Sports, Mr. Steve Ninvalle.

Congratulations to all our young karateka on completing the program! Continue training, growing, and striving for excellence. 👏🏽🥋

Congratulations to Our Summer Class & NGSA Students!

ISKF-Guyana extends heartfelt congratulations to all 20 students who completed our Summer Class Program, held from July 14 to August 13, 2026, at our headquarters dojo in the National Park, Thomaslands.

During the program, students trained diligently in foundational Shotokan karate techniques, including Kihon, Kata, and Kumite.

Special congratulations also go out to our students who wrote the 2026 NGSA examinations!

In a simple awards ceremony, certificates of congratulations and participation were presented to our NGSA and Summer Class students by Director of Sports, Mr. Steve Ninvalle.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our instructors—Alex Rodrigues, Kristian Chaves, and Kristalia Chaves—as well as student instructors Chelsea Harrison and Agnes Siju, for their dedication and hard work.
