On this Day of the African Child, the University of Guyana African Cultural Association UGACA) proudly joins in celebrating the strength, resilience, creativity, and limitless potential of African children across our nation and in the diaspora ๐ŸŒŽ

This day serves as a powerful reminder of the ongoing need to champion childrenโ€™s rights, expand access to quality education, and create opportunities that allow every child to thrive. It also calls on us to honor the legacy of those who fought for equality and justice while inspiring future generations to embrace their identity, culture, and heritage with pride ๐Ÿช˜

As we reflect on the theme of this observance, let us recommit ourselves to building a world where every African child is empowered, valued, protected, and given the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential โœจ
