Asalaamualaikum!
Today November 19th is International Men’s Day, so join us as we recognize and honour the sacrifices that a man makes for his family and society.
There is no need for a man to use physical force to show the strength that carries within him. It is a matter of facing the challenges of life without fear.
Happy International Men’s Day.

Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health!
- Taking care of yourself is productive!
- Small steps are progress!
- You are doing so much better than you think, don’t give up, keep going!
- Your feelings are valid!
Always remember, everyone you meet is fighting a battle of their own, so be kind.
