Information Communication Technology (ICT) Graduation 2026
It is with great pride and joy that we present the third cohort of students who have successfully completed the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Program at Meten-Meer-Zorg Islamic Academy (MIA).
This pioneering program was introduced at MIA through the vision and dedication of Professor Mohamed Khan, founder of Techno Guyana, in collaboration with Techno Canada and the Central Islamic Organization of Guyana (CIOG). Their combined efforts have marked a significant step toward the integration of advanced digital learning into our school’s curriculum.
Facilitated by Sir Saif Khan and guided by the exceptional leadership of Principal Hardeo Mahadeo, the program has equipped 28 bright and enthusiastic students with valuable knowledge and skills in the field of Information and Communication Technology. These young pioneers have demonstrated exceptional dedication and a strong desire to learn, setting a high standard for future participants.
Beyond imparting ICT skills, the program fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation, effectively preparing students to thrive in an increasingly digital world. We are confident that the strong foundation laid by this initiative will greatly benefit our students as they continue their educational and professional journeys.
