Show them that you care but let them know where you stand as far as discipline and commitment is concerned

The amount of talking n fretting behind these amazing smiles issa love😊

I've started working with these amazing children (now 5th formers) in grade 9.
They weren't used to the 'Sir Paul type of teaching.' Most complained about me being too hard, giving too many quizzes, and giving too little time for the quizzes. After a few weeks, I gave up the grade 9 classes.
I told my HOD that meh nah deh in the best of head space to deal with dem grade 9 students and parents...so I gave up those classes.

Bappzzz...grade 10 now😊
Most ah dem jumped right back into my hands
Now they have to do Add Math (a subject many of the top schools children struggle with)
I made it clear to them from day 1 that I wouldn't be slacking the screws to accommodate anyone.
YOU NEED TO WORK HARD.
Quizzes upon quizzes.
Past papers upon past papers
Pressure pon pressure😊

Some students complained.
Some parents complained.
Some teachers complained.
However, that didn't change anything.
I made it clear, once again, that I wouldn't be slacking the screws. Hard work, works.

Now today, ask them who they would like to teach them Add Math😊
I'd be taking up all of the CSEC 2024 Add Math students at St. Rose's High.
My 5th form Add Math students are now doing presentations on their own😊
Man you should see them in action😊❤️
They are so much better🙏🏽
They are now some of the most appreciative and loving students I've ever met.
I thank God that our paths crossed.
We've set a goal.
We outlined a plan and we are working tirelessly to achieve same.

Add Math class is so much easier, relaxing, interactive, fruitful and fun.

With God's grace and sufficient hard work, we'll be making history at St. Rose's High School in Add Math💯✍️🙏🏽

They believe in me (or so I hope😁😊)

We've been praying
We've been supporting and helping each other.

Keep us in prayers.
Keep the children in prayers
Keep the schools in prayers

Children just need guidance, a shining light to follow and someone to show them that they care.

Darshana, a prefect at St. Stanislaus College, made the Honour Roll with her excellent performances throughout the 4th form level.
Her Mathematics and English scores were exceptional.
The 5th former had an excellent 2022-2023 academic year. Her overall performances are admirable.
She also achieved 1st place in 4th form.
