Our hearts are with you in this time of grief. The staff and students of Comenius Primary School stand in solidarity with the families, friends, and all those affected by the MV Barima tragedy in Guyana.

We are heartbroken by the devastating loss and the immense pain brought on by the MV Barima tragedy.

In times of immense darkness and heartbreak, words often feel small compared to the depth of the grief being experienced across our nation. But please know this: you do not walk through this sorrow alone.

To the families and loved ones of those lost, and to everyone affected by this tragedy: our thoughts, our prayers, and our deepest condolences are with you. We stand with you, we mourn with you, and we hold you in our hearts during this unimaginably difficult time.

May strength, comfort, and peace surround you, and may the memory of those we've lost remain a guiding light.

With deepest sympathy,

The Staff and Students of Comenius Primary School

Comenius Primary School joins the Nation in mourning the lost of lives in this tragedy. We are deeply saddened and heartbroken as we pray with the families for their loved ones. Gone but never forgotten. May their souls rest in peace.

We also pray for the safe recovery of those still missing. May the hand of Almighty God guide you home with the breath of life.
