Sunday afternoon breezy but a nice day to get in practice time. Basic is most advanced. We continue to train and also welcome new students to our group. Develop self-discipline and tune out all the distractions.

Bahad Zu'bu Guam Eskrima, Kali and Arnis Group. Educates the stick, bladed arts and Filipino martial art culture under GM Yuli Romo.
We practice in free open space when its available and village community area's. We follow the teachings of the Romo clan Bahad Zu'bu as well as Ilustrisimo stick and sword system. Along those lines, we also practice and train the long stick called the bio-stick all these are intergrated in the Filipino combative arts.

Well the tropical storm has gone away but recovery is still on going. Still no water and power for others. The practice continues without stoppage at home, open space, or any park.
