Anjili Russell

A speaker, Teacher, Entrepreneur, Earth Mama, dedicated in service to change the way we educate children and raise families... She is a new thought leader, with a vision to revise the education system by creating alternative, play-based schools that are outdoors, trauma-informed and focused on attachment-based relationships.

Anjili maintains over 20 years of work with children, youth, adults and families through her career as a mental health social worker, and international yoga, mediation and philosophy teacher. She has created, taught and led transformational immersion programs that allow participants to heal trauma and transform their lives through the practices and teachings of Pantanjali’s Eight-Limbed Path: A philosophical system to guide one’s life. Anjili is the co-founder of a successful International Yoga Teacher Training School, with 1000’s of graduates from all over the world. She is the co-creator of a community yoga space, and health center in the United States and she is currently launching an alternative education program through her company Sangha Relations, called The Elemental School, which is located in Guatemala for children of global families.
