‘Helo there Atitlan community I'm Dawid. The Acupresboards project is here at the lake Atitlan. We bring You a powerfull ancient healing practice, super simple and very effective. Working with ,acupressure of 🦶🦶and 🙌we release tension, make pain from the body go away . During the practice You experience how to work with Your mental to be strong both physically and 🧠We are honored to invite You. Please come at least 2 hours after food.

Eco-Lab Postponed:
Walda has asked to postpone the class tomorrow (Saturday 20) as the forecast is for rain and she was planning outdoor activities for this class.
We will be back in the New Year and post dates for the class to happen then 💖

Final week of our 5 week pilot-project extra-curricular hub, and we have a couple of changes to the schedule.
Martial Arts on Tuesday is cancelled due to teacher unavailability.
We look forward to more circus arts, theater, ping pong, climbing, capoeira, eco-lab, futball, and more, on this final hub week before we break for the holidays!!

Hike leaving tomorrow, 10am from Del Lago. We will take the trail to Jaibalito, and have lunch at Hans’s restaurant at the end!
This is a family activity, so all kids must come with an adult. Bring water, and hat/sunscreen!!

Tomorrow we hike to the waterfall past Elephant Rock!
Bring plenty of water, bug repellent if you want it, and wear good hiking shoes.
There are some plunge points so bring swimwear if you want to get in!
This is a family activity, not a drop off, so all kids must come with a parent or responsible adult.
We meet at and leave from Del Lago cafe at 10am 🥾
