The end-of-year holidays are approaching, and this type of Christmas craft is rarely seen in Guatemala anymore. Made with wheat stalks and ears by Mayan artisans and decorated with Christmas colors, these crafts used to be very common in homes, but now they're not. Everything is modern and decorated with lights. It's also rare to see and enjoy traditional Christmas sweets made with natural fruits.
