How do we learn to understand our emotions, care for others, and make thoughtful choices?

This year, our Orientation Department is guiding monthly Social-Emotional Learning classes for students from Class 1 through Class 12, creating age-appropriate spaces to reflect, connect, and grow.

In harmony with Waldorf education and its focus on the whole child—thinking, feeling, and doing—students will strengthen self-awareness, emotional management, empathy, relationships, and responsible decision-making.

We invite families to continue these conversations at home, helping our children and teens bring these meaningful skills into everyday life.

Our Grade 9 students enjoyed an enriching visit to the Rozas-Botrán Foundation, where they explored different artistic expressions, shared their interpretations, and reflected on art as a meaningful source of identity and cultural expression.

This experience deepened their Main Lesson learning while inspiring curiosity, artistic sensitivity, and critical thinking.

Our High School students participated in the opening of SEGEPLAN’s 25th National Scholarship Fair, an event led by the President of the Republic that brought together more than 30 universities, embassies, and international organizations.

The fair introduced students to scholarship opportunities for undergraduate degrees, graduate programs, and specialized courses in Guatemala and abroad. It was a valuable experience that allowed them to discover new academic possibilities, broaden their horizons, and explore pathways toward their professional goals.
