20 Hours package: US$ 230.00 (US$ 10.75 per hour)
Hour Pack: for use within 30 days of purchase
10 Hours package: US$ 130.00 (US$ 13.00 per hour)
Hour Pack: for use within 7 days of purchase
5 Hours package: US$ 65.00 (US$ 13.00 per hour)
