We are pleased to share the Entre2Rise Demographic Dashboard, which presents a visual summary of the verified survey profile across the project’s 5 partner countries. 🎉

The dashboard is based on 407 respondents and provides useful insight into country participation, stakeholder representation, gender balance, age distribution, and entrepreneurial experience.

The findings confirm that the project is engaging a broad and diverse audience, including entrepreneurs, educators/trainers, and VET learners. This gives Entre2Rise a solid evidence base for shaping relevant outputs and ensuring that project activities respond to the actual profiles and needs of its target groups. 🎯

Η επιχειρηματικότητα είναι κάτι περισσότερο από την δημιουργία μιας επιχείρησης — είναι επίσης ένα πνευματικό ταξίδι. 💭🚀
Μέσω του Entre2Rise, διερευνούμε τις πραγματικές προκλήσεις ψυχικής υγείας που αντιμετωπίζουν οι επιχειρηματίες, προσδιορίζοντας τους βασικούς παράγοντες άγχους, τις στρατηγικές αντιμετώπισης και τις ανάγκες υποστήριξης που επηρεάζουν την ευημερία και την απόδοση.

Συνδυάζοντας ερευνητικά ευρήματα με βιωματικές εμπειρίες, το Entre2Rise θα βοηθήσει τους επιχειρηματίες και τους φορείς επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης να αποκτήσουν πρόσβαση σε πρακτικές προσεγγίσεις που ενισχύουν την ανθεκτικότητα, την αυτοπεποίθηση και τη βιώσιμη επιτυχία.

Αυτό είναι μόνο η αρχή ενός ταξιδιού προς μια πιο υγιή επιχειρηματικότητα!

Through ENTRE2RISE, we’re exploring the real mental health challenges entrepreneurs face, identifying key stress factors, coping strategies, and support needs that influence wellbeing and performance.
By combining research insights with lived experience, ENTRE2RISE will help entrepreneurs and VET stakeholders access practical approaches that strengthen resilience, confidence, and sustainable success.
This is just the beginning of a journey toward healthier entrepreneurship.

Excited to share the start of Entre2Rise! Our partners met in Prague on 4-5 December for the kick-off meeting to align the roadmap, timelines, and next milestones for the months ahead. Strong energy, great collaboration, and a solid start. More updates soon!

As we close the year, we wish everyone a wonderful Christmas break and a happy holiday season. We look forward to the year ahead and to delivering even more results, success, and impact at EU level!

PERFORM’s journey comes to a successful close! 🌍✨

Last week, the consortium of the Perform Project gathered in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, for the final Transnational Project Meeting and a Train of Trainers activity, marking the official completion of this two-year Erasmus+ initiative.

Hosted by Kallis Filoxeniaki ltd, the event brought together partners from Italy, Denmark, Poland, Cyprus, and Greece to finalise the project results, share experiences from national pilots, and discuss the long-term sustainability of the tools and training developed.

Throughout the project, PERFORM has empowered the hospitality sector to become more inclusive and responsive to neurodiverse talent, by creating:
• a Digital HR Platform for performance monitoring and staff development,
• a set of practical tools and guidelines for inclusive management, and
• a VET course designed for HR professionals and managers working with autistic staff.

The Train of Trainers workshop concluded the project with hands-on sessions on using the PERFORM tools, exchange of best practices, and inspiring discussions about how inclusion and innovation can go hand in hand in the hospitality industry.

A heartfelt thank you to all partners for their dedication and collaboration throughout the project’s implementation. The PERFORM results will continue to support hospitality organisations in promoting sustainable and inclusive employment practices.
