Votsis Youth in Action Club

Στο πλαίσιο της παρουσίασης των αποτελεσμάτων και της διάχυσης του προγράμματος "Employability Skills Improved: ESI TC", το οποίο έγινε στην Τενερίφη, 7-14 Δεκεμβρίου 2019, συναντηθήκαμε με 25 νέους και νέες και περάσαμε μαζί 2 δημιουργικές ώρες υλοποιώντας δραστηριότητες βασισμένες στη θεματική του προγράμματος.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους P.O.D. Association για την διοργάνωση του προγράμματος, τα Εκπαιδευτήρια Βασιλειάδη για την φιλοξενία, και φυσικά το Erasmus+ για τις ευκαιρίες που μας παρέχει.

Για τέταρτη χρονιά ο Votsis Youth in Action Club συνεργάζεται με την Inter Europa Rioja στο πλαίσιο μια ανταλλαγής εφήβων.

Ημερομηνίες : 17-26 Αυγούστου 2019
Συμμετέχοντες : 5 νέοι και νέες 14-18 ετών και ένας/ μια αρχηγός χωρίς όριο ηλικίας. Θα προτιμηθούν εκπαιδευτικοί με εμπειρία σε ανταλλαγές ανηλίκων.

Λίγα λόγια για το πρόγραμμα :
Objetives
The main objetive of the project will be to offer the opportunity to learn about ourselves organizing activities to children from the region. To observe which are the talent that they have. During the project, different dynamics and activities will be developed with which every participant will have the opportunity to observe him/herself working together with people from different countries, in a non-known context. During these 10 days everyone will learn out of his/her talent.
Activities
Activities will be divided in different themes depending on which part of the project we will be: first days activities will be programmed in order to know each other, each other countries and create a good creative atmosphere. Medium part of the project we will focus to create the big weekend event for the children from 8 to 14 years old.
What is this event? We are going to organize an International Weekend Talent to share with local children intercultural games from every country and some dynamics that we
consider interesting to share our methodology: learning through experience. This International weekend will take part the 23th and 25th of August. The group of international
talent weekend will be around 35 participants. The children go to sleep in one of the buildings where the exchange takes place, not in the same building as the exchange participants.

Γι αυτούς που αγαπούν τον αθλητισμό, ο Votsis Youth in Action Club προτείνει την ανταλλαγή νέων "Sports for young people"

Διάστημα : 24 Απριλίου - 2 Μαΐου 2019.
Συμμετέχοντες : 5 νέοι/νέες 18-25 ετών και ένας/μια αρχηγός χωρίς όριο ηλικίας.

Η ανταλλαγή νέων πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Erasmus+ youth και χρηματοδοτείται για τα έξοδα ταξιδιού μέχρι του ποσού των 360€ και 100% για διαμονή-διατροφή.
Οι συμμετέχοντες θα γνωρίσουν και θα ασχοληθούν με διάφορα σπορ (ποδόσφαιρο, μπάσκετ, βόλεϊ, πινγκ πονγκ, αναρρίχηση, κτλ).
Διοργανωτές είναι η Fundación Córdoba CF και θα συμμετάσχουν συνολικά 32 νέοι από 5 χώρες.

The participants of SustainABILITY II youth exchange, that took place in Viseu, Portugal from 27Aug-4 Sept 2018 wrote :

This project was a youth exchange for young people from seven different European countries. The main point of this exchange was the participants to cooperate and participate in workshops and activities related to sustainability. The first thing we were taught was about the 8 key competences that Erasmus plus programs promote. Also, we had the chance to organize with our national groups some activities related to our topic and present them to the others. It was really nice the feeling when everybody was satisfied with our exercises. The most important thing was that every morning we had to be divided into groups and prepare daily reports, morning news, the sustainable action of the day and dissemination activities.
Furthermore, we had the chance to discuss about action plans that we will fulfill in our country. Especially the Greek team discussed about floods and fires in the forests and how we can prevent it and inform the people from our country. Initially, the main plan is this specific action to take place in local and then in international level.
All the activities were promoted by non-formal education methods. Especially most of them took place in outdoor places and this helped us to be more relaxed and more energetic. We also discussed about climate change, we had a zero-waste workshop, cooking workshop and fire prevention workshop.
One of the main reasons of the project was to raise the multicultural awareness and empower young people to communicate, exchange ideas and discuss about the concept of sustainability. After this project the participants were sensitized and be aware of nature. They understood that it is important to respect the nature and that each one can make a significant contribution. We realized that one of the ways to achieve this is the 3R’s of waste management, which means reduce, reuse & recycle our garbage.
In conclusion, it was a great project and we gain nice memories that we will keep in our minds. We would like to thank 100Portas and Votsis Youth in Action Club that gave us this opportunity to participate in this youth exchange.
