MSA MSA is a private adult education center and SME based in Thessaloniki, Greece, founded in 2013, offering innovative training for lifelong learning.

Το Κέντρο Δια Βίου Μάθησης II MSA ιδρύθηκε πρόσφατα στη Θεσσαλονίκη και δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της διαχείρισης ανθρώπινων πόρων και της επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης, παρέχοντας πιστοποιημένα προγράμματα υψηλού επιπέδου.

Η αναβάθμιση των επαγγελματικών προσόντων των ανέργων, μέσω της συνεχούς αναβάθμισης των γνώσεων και της προσαρμογής των δεξιοτήτων τους στις απαιτήσεις της αγοράς εργασίας,

Η συστηματική προώθηση των ανέργων στην αγορά εργασίας, μέσω της επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης που έρχεται να καλύψει ανάγκες που έχουν διαγνωσθεί,

Η παροχή ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών συμβουλευτικής και κατάρτισης στις Μικρομεσαίες Επιχειρήσεις, οι οποίες μπορούν να αποτελέσουν πόλο τοπικής ανάπτυξης, αλλά και να συμβάλουν στην καταπολέμηση της ανεργίας,
Η παροχή υπηρεσιών επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού και συμβουλευτικής στους ανέργους, αλλά και η διασύνδεσή τους με την αγορά εργασίας,

Η διευκόλυνση της πρόσβασης στην απασχόληση για όλους και η αξιοποίηση του συνόλου του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού σε μία κοινωνία ίσων ευκαιριών,
Η έρευνα για την ανίχνευση των αναγκών των τοπικών αγορών εργασίας καθώς και των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών,

Η υψηλού επιπέδου κατάρτιση, με βάση τις νέες εκπαιδευτικές μεθόδους και τεχνολογικές καινοτομίες, αξιοποιώντας την διεθνή εμπειρία και τις διακρατικές συνεργασίες.

ΥΠΟΔΟΜΕΣ

Η MSA βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πρόσβαση από παντού. Διαθέτει μία αίθουσα διδασκαλίας, 2 αίθουσες πληροφορικής, γραφεία διοίκησης, γραμματεία, οργανωμένο κυλικείο και χώρους διαλείμματος, με πλήρη πρόσβαση ΑΜΕΑ. Όλοι οι χώροι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι με συστήματα και δίκτυα τελευταίας τεχνολογίας.

📢 Big things brewing at ADROIT! We're developing the Civic Engagement Toolkit — a ~120-page resource equipping adult educators with practical methodologies, facilitation guides, and thematic content on digital democracy and misinformation literacy. Tested with educators and translated into 6 languages, it will be used to prepare our trainers for the upcoming Digital Democracy Library. Stay tuned! 🌍💡
