Αφού αναλύσουμε τις ανάγκες του μαθητή, εντοπίζουμε τ

ο τρέχον επίπεδο εκμάθησης της γλώσσας και τον τοποθετούμε στην κατάλληλη τάξη. Θέτουμε τους στόχους μας στην αρχή του σχολικού έτους και μέσω της εκπαίδευσης, της προσαρμογής και της διαρκούς ανατροφοδότησης, φροντίζουμε να τους έχουμε επιτύχει ή και να τους έχουμε υπερβεί έως το τέλος κάθε τετραμήνου.
Διατηρούμε τα τμήματά μας κλειστά με μικρό αριθμό ατόμων. Έτσι μπορούμε να επικεντρωνόμαστε ξεχωριστά στον κάθε μαθητή για να επιλύουμε τις απορίες του, να εκμηδενίζουμε τις αδυναμίες του και να ενισχύουμε τα δυνατά του σημεία.
Εκτός από το πρόγραμμα σπουδών που θα συμφωνηθεί, παρέχονται επιπλέον ώρες διδασκαλίας, χωρίς οικονομική επιβάρυνση, είτε ατομικά είτε σε επίπεδο τάξης, όπου αυτό απαιτείται, έτσι ώστε να μην υπάρχουν τυχόν κενά ή απορίες.
Οι καθηγητές μας επιλέγονται προσεκτικά, μέσα από μια ενδελεχή σειρά συνεντεύξεων και δοκιμασιών. Αξιολογούνται όχι μόνο για τα ακαδημαϊκά τους προσόντα (κατ’ ελάχιστον απόφοιτοι ΑΕΙ ξενόγλωσσης παιδαγωγικής σχολής) και την εργασιακή τους εμπειρία, αλλά και για τη μεταδοτικότητά τους, τον ενθουσιασμό τους και την εξειδικευμένη γνώση τους.
Τέλος, η επιλογή των συγγραμμάτων γίνεται με γνώμονα τη διαρκή ανανέωσή τους με βάση τις αλλαγές που πραγματοποιούνται συνεχώς στα απονεμόμενα πτυχία, με στόχο να κεντρίζουν το ενδιαφέρον του μαθητή, αλλά και να αποτυπώνουν ορθώς κάθε γλωσσικό φαινόμενο διδασκαλίας.
