🎯 Proud to present the RESIZE project during the event "University of the Aegean as a Bridge to Europe" in Rhodes (31 March 2026).

🔄 The discussion highlighted the project's contribution to reshaping correctional competencies across Europe fostering dignity safety and restoration through a full lifelong learning pathway — from initial VET and higher education to continual professional development — empowered by the "LiberateSkills" Correctional Excellence Pact for Skills.

🌍 A great opportunity to share how a European Competence Framework harmonised vocational core profiles ELM-compliant micro-credentials and regional pacts for competencies can strengthen the professionalisation of the correctional and community-justice workforce and advance a vision of Regenerative Justice.

🗺️ During the session we also presented the interactive European Blueprint of the Correctional Ecosystem mapping institutions actors and practices across 30 countries — with the University of the Aegean featured among Greece's national partners alongside OSYE Athens Lifelong Learning Institute and Odyssea.

The discussion highlighted the project's contribution to transformative educational strategies in juvenile justice, fostering inclusion and shared values through dynamic correctional pedagogy and specialist professionalization — empowered by the "LiberateSkills" Correctional Excellence Pact for Skills.

A great opportunity to share how innovative pedagogical approaches, capacity building in higher education, and European collaboration can strengthen rehabilitation and lifelong learning pathways for juveniles in correctional settings.

Με μεγάλη επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε το διήμερο PAX Project Meeting και PAX Conference στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αιγαίου στη Ρόδο (15–16 Απριλίου 2026)!

Εταίροι από όλη την Ευρώπη, μαζί με εκπαιδευτικούς, ερευνητές και φοιτητές, σε δύο ημέρες γεμάτες εργαστήρια εικονικής και επαυξημένης πραγματικότητας, ζωντανές επιδείξεις, παρουσιάσεις και γόνιμο διάλογο για το μέλλον των τεχνολογιών XR στην εκπαίδευση.

Η ανταπόκριση ήταν εντυπωσιακή!

💡 Excited to share insights from the SHOREWINNER project at the "University of the Aegean as a Bridge to Europe" event in Rhodes (31 March 2026).

SHOREWINNER is building a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) dedicated to coastal and maritime tourism — connecting education providers, industry partners, and local communities across Europe to address real skills gaps in the blue economy.
We discussed how vocational training innovation and cross-border partnerships can drive sustainable tourism development, strengthen workforce readiness, and create meaningful career pathways in coastal regions.

Grateful for the engaging conversations with colleagues, educators, and students — the enthusiasm around the project's potential was truly encouraging.
