Dear colleagues,

we offer a 4-year postdoc position in our new research unit on dynamic belief updating at the University of Hamburg, Germany. The project investigates basic neurocognitive mechanisms of forming and revising expectations in volatile environments in infants and adults. German skills are not a requirement, starting date is negotiable. For details, see ad.

The position is full-time and ideal for candidates who wish to pursue an academic career. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in experimental research and statistical analyses, to be knowledgeable of psychophysiological methods like pupillometry or eeg, ideally in infants, and to have a track record of published research. The postdoc will benefit from cooperation in an interdisciplinary environment including neurosciences, cognitive modelling, development and clinical implications. Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany, and the coolest place. For questions, email [email protected]
