This video captures key moments from the study visit held in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania, as part of the EASI project – Enhancing Assessment Skills of In-company Tutors Hosting International Students for Improved Work-based Learning Evaluation.
The activity brought together VET educators and in-company tutors, creating a valuable space for sharing experiences, exchanging good practices, and strengthening skills in assessing learners within real work-based settings. This is a crucial aspect in ensuring the quality and impact of international mobility experiences.
The visit also underscored the strong connection between the EASI and AVETE projects. While focusing on complementary areas, both initiatives are aligned in their mission to innovate and enhance vocational education and training systems—particularly in the context of international VET mobility. This synergy contributes to a more cohesive and effective approach to developing high-quality standards and practices across projects.
👏 A special acknowledgement to our Romanian partner, Harghita County Council (Hargita Megye Tanácsa), for their excellent coordination and successful parallel implementation of both projects. This achievement reflects a high level of institutional capacity, professionalism, and long-term commitment to advancing VET.
ℹ️ The EASI project, which received funding from the European Union, helps in-company tutors improve how they assess international students during work-based learning placements. By creating practical solutions and promoting inclusive evaluation practices, it supports the development of more sustainable and future-ready vocational education systems across Europe.
