The Queen Mary University of London and Hellenic Management Centre open its door to potential students of the LLM in International Shipping Law Programme on Wednesday, 20th of March 2019 from 11:00 to 19:00.
The Open Day is a great opportunity:
- To find out more about the LLM in International Shipping Law Programme, a new programme created by QMUL, following the success of the London-based LLM in International Shipping Law. This Programme is taught by Centre of Commercial Law Studies academic staff at the Hellenic Management Centre in the heart of Piraeus.
- To discuss with university representatives the entry requirements, the learning and teaching methods, the tuition fees, the available scholarships and academics teaching on the programme, as well as the applications' procedure.
Who may attend:
- Law Graduates with a degree in law or a degree with substantial law content
- Non-Law Graduates / working professionals with relevant professional experience that directly relates to the specialist LLM taught courses. Members of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers along with professional experience will also be considered.

HMC is the Official Educational Provider of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in Greece but also a provider of the LLM in International Shipping Law, Piraeus, Greece. LLM is created by Queen Mary University of London, following the success of the London-based LLM in International Shipping Law. This programme will be taught by Centre for Commercial Law Studies academic staff at the Hellenic Management Centre (HMC) in Piraeus, Greece. It is aimed at lawyers and professionals with relevant work experience and is taught in intensive blocks, so that you can fit it in with your other commitments.
HMC is exclusively authorised by the ICS to provide training on the ICS Professional Qualifying Examinations Syllabus, which leads to the ICS Membership, a mark of professionalism in the shipping industry.
