⛑️First Aid Licensed Το Pole Project Studio, δημιουργήθηκε το 2017 στην οδό Χρυσολωρά 12, στο Περιστέρι.
Είναι ένας χώρος 160 τ.μ. με στύλους ύψους 4 μέτρων, με 2 ενιαίες πλήρως εξοπλισμένες αίθουσες και ευρύχωρα αποδυτήρ

ια.

Στη σχολή παραδίδονται μαθήματα pole dancing, ευλυγισίας και ενδυνάμωσης, aerial hoop, aerial silks, exotic χορογραφίας και pole flow με σκοπό την εκγύμναση, ενδυνάμωση και την διασκέδαση σας, πάντα με μεγάλη προσοχή στην ασφάλεια.

Ο χώρος επίσης διατίθεται και για δραστηριότητες, σεμινάρια και workshops, πρόβες και διοργανώσεις σε άτομα ή καλλιτεχνικές ομάδες .

Για εσάς που ζητήσατε ξανά τα σεμινάρια του αλλά και για εσάς δεν προλάβατε θέση πέρυσι , ο Gunnar Field he/him θα είναι και πάλι στη σχολή μας στις 26 Σεπτεμβρίου και 3 Οκτωβρίου για 4 σεμινάρια . Πλούσιο ασκησιολογιό και πολλή πολλή αγάπη για τη δουλειά του .
Η κράτηση θέσης γίνεται μόνο με προπληρωμή και δεν είναι εφικτή η επιστροφή χρημάτων σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας προσέλευσης

In this 90-minute class, Irini will guide you through a signature choreography, focusing on musicality, creativity, techniques and smooth transitions.

⚠️ Requirements: Comfortable dancing in heels and not suitable for complete beginners.
