Setting up a Basic Carpentry Skills Training for the residents of Moria Refugee Camp. By making their own shoe rack participants learn how to read plans, mark, cut wood, use a router, put everything together and they receive an official certificate. This wonderful concept was developed by my good friend and pro-carpenter .

Our run of Carpentry 101 classes at Habibi.Works is over for now. In two fast months we certified four groups of wonderful students with a total of 23 graduates. Together we learned the basics of woodworking; building shelves, skills, and friendships.

The Habibi.Works wood shop, where the CARP101 classes were held, continues to be place for craftspeople of all skills to create and be creative.
