We are proud to share that George Caridakis, Coordinator of the Intelligent Interaction (ii) Research Group, participated as a speaker at the Science Communication Workshop “Science Odyssey: Research Missions under Starry Skies.” 
In his presentation titled “Digital Media for Science Communication: Putting User Experience at the Center,” Prof. Caridakis highlighted how user-centered design, immersive technologies, and AI-driven systems can transform the way scientific knowledge is communicated to broader audiences. His talk emphasized the critical role of interaction design, accessibility, and experiential engagement in shaping meaningful public understanding of science.
The workshop brought together leading academics, researchers, and institutional representatives to explore best practices in science communication, museum narratives, digital media, and participatory approaches.
