Students and trainers from Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal and Italy took part in a pilot training organised by the ERASMUS+ funded project "Green skills for future tourism" (G4T) in Reggio Emilia, Italy 🇮🇹
The students got to know the project activities, learnt about Green Tourism disciplines of Design techniques for sustainable itineraries, Organisation of sustainable events, How to look and find a job in sustainable tourism, Self-employment and (social) entrepreneurship and visited exemplary agro-tourism education sites.

Meet the beautiful team of our Polish partners Dolnośląska Federacja Organizacji Pozarządowych

ENG | ✅Hello, we are Dolnośląska Federacja Organizacji Pozarządowych!

✅ With the G4T - Green skills for future tourism project, we strive to create trans-European knowledge around green skills acquisition in the tourism sector to contribute to achieving sustainable development goals and accomplishing a change of mindset around the tourist industry.

✅ The project has a duration of 26 months, and its main target groups are people that obtained a tourism qualification and never entered the job market or lost their job and NEETs.

✅ A few words about us:
💪 The Lower Silesian Federation of Non-governmental Organisations (DFOP) unites more than 250 NGOs, many of which will contribute to the development of G4T results drawing from their competencies in tourism promotion and ecological sustainability in business ventures.

💪 DFOP is currently the info point of Erasmus + in the region and will share within the partnership its experience in supporting educational institutions in establishing cooperation on a transnational level and in obtaining funding through the programme.

✅ Dzięki projektowi G4T – Zielone umiejętności dla przyszłej turystyki staramy się stworzyć transeuropejską wiedzę na temat nabywania umiejętności ekologicznych w sektorze turystycznym, aby przyczynić się do osiągnięcia celów zrównoważonego rozwoju i zmiany sposobu myślenia wokół branży turystycznej.

✅ Projekt trwa 26 miesięcy, a jego głównymi grupami docelowymi są osoby, które uzyskały kwalifikacje turystyczne, a nigdy nie weszły na rynek pracy lub utraciły pracę oraz młodzież.

✅Kilka słów o nas:
💪 Dolnośląska Federacja Organizacji Pozarządowych (DFOP) zrzesza ponad 250 organizacji pozarządowych, z których wiele przyczyni się do rozwoju wyników G4T czerpiąc ze swoich kompetencji w zakresie promocji turystyki i zrównoważonego rozwoju ekologicznego w przedsięwzięciach biznesowych.

💪 DFOP jest obecnie punktem informacyjnym Erasmus+ w regionie i będzie dzielić się w ramach partnerstwa swoim doświadczeniem we wspieraniu instytucji edukacyjnych w nawiązywaniu współpracy na poziomie ponadnarodowym oraz w pozyskiwaniu środków w ramach programu.
