Bilingual Expo!
Just before the final school bell rang, the first **Bilingual Expo** transformed our school into a vibrant celebration of learning, creativity, and discovery!
Students from the bilingual program in Grades 1 through 5 stepped into the role of young scientists and researchers, confidently using the English language to present their projects and share their knowledge with classmates, teachers, and visitors.
Their fascinating journeys took us from the wonders of Australia to the rings of Saturn, from the prehistoric world of dinosaurs to the exciting careers of the future.
Through engaging presentations, colorful displays, and enthusiastic discussions, our students demonstrated not only their growing scientific understanding but also their ability to communicate complex ideas in a second language. The Expo showcased the curiosity, creativity, and confidence that bilingual education helps nurture, while highlighting the strong connection between language learning and scientific exploration.
As we celebrated bilingualism, inquiry, and innovation, the first Bilingual Expo provided a memorable finale to the school year—one filled with inspiration, achievement, and a shared passion for discovering the world around us. It was truly a special way to conclude another successful year of learning!
Λίγο πριν χτυπήσει το τελευταίο κουδούνι, η πρώτη «Bilingual Expo» γέμισε το σχολείο μας με όμορφες εικόνες και δημιουργικές παρουσιάσεις! Οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες του δίγλωσσου προγράμματος των τάξεων Α΄, Β΄, Γ΄, Δ΄, και Ε΄ μεταμορφώθηκαν σε μικρούς επιστήμονες και αξιοποίησαν την αγγλική γλώσσα για να μοιραστούν με τους συμμαθητές τους όσα ανακάλυψαν για τη Γη και το διάστημα, από την Αυστραλία ως τον Κρόνο και από την εποχή των δεινοσαύρων ως τα επαγγέλματα του μέλλοντος, γιορτάζοντας τη διγλωσσία και την επιστήμη και κλείνοντας τη σχολική χρονιά με τον πιο ιδιαίτερο τρόπο!
