Getting ready for ? TOP TIP 💡If at all possible, buy your child their own stationery! UK schools have extremely low funds and simply can't provide resources to every child. This means kids are often wasting classroom time WAITING for an eraser, glue stick, highlighter etc. If you have the money, equip your child with these tools so they can focus on LEARNING not WAITING. ✏️ Want more support with reading and writing? HB is standard, but if they struggle with pressing hard they might be better off with a 2B or 4B.
