Our winners wowed the crowd with their colour-changing creation made with the smooth richness of Grant's Whisky🙌

Here’s the recipe:

• 50ml Grant’s Scotch Whisky
• 20 ml Giffard passion fruit liqueur
• 10 ml Re’al raspberry purée
• 3 dashes Fee Brothers aztec chocolate bitters
• 30 fresh lemon juice
• 5 drops fee foam

Meet the champions of our cocktail competition! 🍸 After days of creativity, skill, and bold flavors, these incredible bartenders stirred, shook, and crafted their way to the top.

This year’s spotlight ingredient? Bacardi Ocho (8 Años) – a beautifully aged rum that brought depth, richness, and elegance to every glass. 🥃

Recipe:
•40 ml Bacardi 8
•2 dashes Fee Brothers peach bitters
•10 ml fresh lime juice
•30 ml apricot extract
•top with ginger beer
•20 ml grenadine (sink)

Garnish: cinnamon stick

2 dashes Fee Brothers habanero bitter
20 fresh lime juice
