๐ช๐บ๐ฌ๐ท๐The Erasmus+ mobility experience continued with unforgettable moments for a group of 9 students and 2 teachers from Liceul Tehnologic "Nicolae Dumitrescu" Cumpฤna Constanศa, Romania๐ท๐ด, who participated in a School Education mobility hosted by Platon School in Katerini. ๐๐
The third and fourth days of the mobility brought a wonderful blend of education, culture, and creativity. Students enthusiastically joined a traditional Greek dance lesson ๐๐บ, discovering the rhythms and customs that are an important part of Greek identity. Their cultural journey continued at the school's Poetry Club ๐, where they explored the power of words and artistic expression.
One of the most inspiring activities was dedicated to the legendary Nine Muses ๐๏ธ๐ญ, allowing participants to connect with the rich heritage of Greek mythology and its lasting influence on art, literature, and culture.
The group also enjoyed a memorable visit to Thessaloniki ๐, where they explored the impressive Church of Saint Demetrius โช, one of the city's most important historical and religious landmarks. A walk along the city's bustling main boulevard offered the opportunity to experience the vibrant atmosphere of modern Greece, while a relaxing cruise ๐ข๐ provided spectacular views of the city from the sea and created moments that will be remembered for years to come.
The following day, students immersed themselves even deeper in Greek culture through a lesson on the Greek Alphabet ๐ค๐ฌ๐ท at Platon School. They discovered the origins of one of the world's most influential writing systems and even learned how to write words using Greek characters. Fun and teamwork followed during a traditional Greek Dodgeball activity โฝ๐ค, where laughter and friendly competition brought everyone together.
The final days of the mobility were filled with some of the most breathtaking experiences of the entire journey. The visit to Meteora ๐๏ธโช left participants speechless as they admired the spectacular monasteries built atop towering rock formations, a unique place where nature, history, and spirituality meet.
The group also explored the welcoming city of Katerini ๐ธ๐๏ธ, discovering its charm, local culture, and friendly atmosphere before gathering for one of the most emotional moments of the mobilityโthe Graduation Ceremony ๐๐ช๐บ. Receiving their certificates symbolized not only the completion of the program but also the knowledge, friendships, and personal growth gained throughout the experience.
The Erasmus+ adventure concluded with a joyful Goodbye Party ๐๐, where students and teachers celebrated the memories they had created together, exchanged heartfelt messages, and said farewell to their Greek hosts and new friends.
